Frequently asked questions
It's a keepsake letter-collection service. You share one private link and everyone who loves the bride writes her a letter — from anywhere in the world, guided by an AI assistant if they need it. You manage everything from a private dashboard, then present a finished keepsake she'll read and re-read for years. Other letter books arrive empty and hope people fill them on the day; yours arrives full.
After you order, you get a private link to share with guests. Each person taps it, writes their letter (with AI help if they're stuck) and submits online. You review every letter in your dashboard, then present it — as a formatted digital PDF, or printed on 160gsm cardstock, hand-folded, ribbon-tied and posted to you.
Anyone who loves them. Most often it's the Maid of Honour or Best Man — but just as often it's the mother of the bride or groom, a bridesmaid, a close friend, a wedding guest, or even the partner setting one up secretly. You don't need a title. Whoever sets it up gets the private owner dashboard, protected by a single password.
It's your control centre, on any device. See who has and hasn't written, read every letter as it arrives, send reminders, add guest emails, edit names and the writing prompts, choose your paper design, personalise the guest page, run it as a surprise, invite a co-host to help, and arrange the letters before they're finalised. No spreadsheets, no chasing.
Automatically. Once you've added your guests, we gently remind anyone who hasn't written yet — a nudge a few days after you invite them, then again as your deadline approaches. You can also send a one-tap reminder yourself any time. You're never the person chasing the group chat.
It's there for the guests who freeze on a blank page. If they'd like help, it asks a few simple questions — how they know her, a favourite memory, a wish for her future — then drafts a warm, personal letter in their voice. They can edit every word or start from scratch. It's a helper, not a replacement, so every letter still sounds like them.
Very. They tap your link, write, and submit — no app, no account, no password, on any phone, tablet or computer. About five minutes, with the AI assistant there if they get stuck. Even the relatives who 'aren't good with words' manage it easily.
Yes. You can group letters (for example Family, Bridal Party, Friends), drag to reorder both the groups and the individual letters, and add an editable cover page — so the finished book reads exactly the way you want it to.
Yes. Choose from four paper designs in your dashboard, and for printed orders, pick your ribbon colour to match the tissue. Every letter is set on the design you choose.
Yes. Add a welcome note or video, upload a hero photo, and customise the writing prompts — so the page feels personal to her before guests even start writing.
Yes — invite a co-host to share access, so the bridal party or family can pitch in without passing one password around.
Printed orders arrive as individual letters on 160gsm white cardstock, hand-folded, layered in tissue, tied with a wide ribbon and a wax seal, inside a large envelope — gift-wrapped and ready to hand over. We keep them loose on purpose, so she can keep them together, frame a favourite, or tuck them into her guestbook. Digital orders arrive as a beautifully formatted PDF.
Unlimited — collect as many as you like, and every one is included. Most orders gather between 15 and 35.
Most letters arrive in the final week, so it's normal for it to look quiet early on. We automatically remind anyone who hasn't written, and the AI writing assistant helps guests who feel stuck find the words.
Yes — from anywhere in the world, on any device, right up until the deadline. Interstate family, overseas friends, people who can't make the hen's night: everyone gets to contribute.
Yes. You review every letter in your dashboard before anything is locked in, and you stay in full control the whole time.
At least 2 weeks before your gifting date. Most people order 4–8 weeks out so guests have time to write. Your link closes automatically on the deadline you set.
Choose Printed for a physical keepsake posted Australia-wide. Choose Digital for an instant PDF, delivered worldwide — ideal if guests or the recipient are overseas, or you're organising close to the date.
Yes. Only you can see them, through your private dashboard. Guests can't see each other's letters, and nothing is ever public.
Of course. As the organiser you can add your own letter alongside everyone else's — many people save theirs for last.
Reach out any time before your letters are finalised and we'll make it right. We want the finished keepsake to be something you're proud to hand over.
